In celebrating the spirit of Fila Europe’s Spring | Summer Collection, we are excited to announce our most recent work.
This bold and lively film was proudly created by our very own Dillon Buirski. We are_ Creative collaborated with Take Creative, a German-based production house. Take Creative represents Director Kristian van Kuijk, who did a marvelous job in bringing this incredible piece of art to life. First Productions was the local production company that serviced the job, and it was Dillon Buirski who executed this job
with his phenomenal DOP style.
Director Kristian van Kuijk had a beautiful vision. We wanted to incorporate FPV drone work to really set this campaign apart. It definitely aided the energy, flow, and movement of this film. FPV is a super cool and very new style of shooting with drones.

We had a really talented Drone Pilot, Timothee Ferreira from Dark Wing Aerials. He shot with a Red Komodo. The Red Komodo definitely came up tops as the camera of choice for both the Drone pilot and the DOP.
“We used the Angenieux 15-40mm vintage lens. This gave a really beautiful filmic look to the product and the final vision.” – Dillon Buirski

Dillon mentions how grateful he is to work on such an awesome project with great clients.
“A big thanks my supporting crew here in Cape Town. We have the best crew in the world. Gaffer Duncan Johnson, Focus Puller Thaakir Ackerman, Loader Dylan Pienaar, and the 1st AD Shamiel Soni. Shamiel was really great to have around. It was also fantastic to work alongside Photographer Yotam Schwartz from Take Creative; he did a great job on this production.”
A very noteworthy mention goes to the Head of Production, Diago Marriotta Mendez. He really led this project with power and passion alongside his Production Coordinator Joy Fischer, who both were incredible and put their heart and soul into this project, allowing us to come together to create these amazing films. We are excited for the world to see them.
